Warmaster Daemons
« on: 18 April 2016, 12:58:52 PM »
The 'last' of my warmaster armies is a bit of a struggle at the moment. GW didn't really give the Daemons much in official releases and so I've added bits from various sources. I'm also waiting for some bits for the Khorne lads and I'm struggling to come up with a scheme for my 3 units of Tzeentch (none of which are from GW and I don't know if I like them. Anyway here you go, still got the bases to finish

Very nice - those Epic tyranids blended in well!

Nice collection Peter.A good mix of miniatures from different scales too.

The Flesh hounds from Epic might be another good addition along with the Minotaurs and Trolls.

Most impressive.  I love how the Four A miniatures scale right into your army.  I dig the purple effect over the black the most.   :o

Beautiful stuff!

But not just the Daemons, that chaos horde is stunning.... terribly envious!

What are you planning to use for the Tzeentch units?

Mortarion looks much more at home there with 10mm fantasy than he ever did in the many iterations of Epic.

They look fantastic.  The basing looks great already.  I just started on my Lizardmen, finished the first unit of Saurus warriors today and the Slaan on Saturday.  I have a pretty big Chaos army for Warmaster too but if  you're looking for opponents maybe when I'm done with my Seraphon they can banish your daemons back into the realms of Chaos!

Thanks all

I've got some Epic discs with the chaos warriors cut off, some Pendraken Aliens figures and a tower of tzeentch to use as a wizard. Like I say, I'm not sure about any of them yet. I wasn't taken with the official pink horrors so I always intended finding something else but nothing has really taken my fancy.

The Start of the Khorne Cavalry

I tried 2 options and went for the green prototype

Cleaned up....

Cut in half

Based up ready to paint, I've got enough bits to make another unit
