Another nomad:

Is there a colour scheme worse to paint than black, white and red?  :'(

Black, white and yellow ?  :D

Anyway, you are getting splendid results. I wish I painted my Infinity figures as well as yours.

One last nomad for the week

Not the most enjoyable model to paint but a good practice for improving brush and paint control.

Fantastic paint work all around. I really love this last one. The one that you say wasn't enjoyable to paint. He looks generic enough to fit into multiple settings. He'd be a great bounty hunter for Star Wars or Firefly. Might even work as a super villain.

The nomads with the smooth helmets are really nice models. I have some of the older versions and they've held up better than other nomad designs.

I finished off the bases going for a ruined factory theme.

Nice family shot and the basing is great too. Are the bases resin or homemade?

Thanks. The bases are homemade from cork, sprue bits and perforated paper.

I've been working on a quick painting method to get through my collection of bare plastic and metal and to offer those that don't want to pay for my still reasonably higher priced painting level.

The method still needs some refinement but I'm getting good results considering it's little more than a basecoat, several washes and a few highlights.

This is one of the better models I've painted this way.
