Whoa. Andy excels at the big stuff, but this dwarfs even the netherlord

Nice sculpt. I've got something similar from Grenadier. I never figured out how to use a thing like that in a balanced game. Any ideas out there?

I think that's the kind of piece you just paint up to the best possible standard, and then place well out of harms way on the top shelf...  ;)

Easy. You get another one and put them on opposite sides. That's your balance right there :)

I do. Mainly Conan-style swords and sorcery in 28mm at the moment but I'm always fighting the urge to foray into other schools of fantasy and other scales as well.

But I'm not the sort of gamer that would spend £100+ on figures like that dragon. However awesome they are I just can't afford them. I just can't.

I was looking at that dragon earlier today. It's looking very, very nice. £100 would be too much for me but around £60... hmmm I think I'd be tempted.

I think I would use it for LOTR.

And construct at special scenario where a few heroes has to work together to put out the dragon!
