Dusted off the War of the Roses 28mm + extra bits!

For the first time in about 5 years got my WoR's lot out for a game.
28mm mainly Wargames Foundry a fair few 25 years old! extra bits page 2

We are using Impetus.  Not really a rules person leave that to our lad!

I plan to build up a WotR-army too. Richard III. army at Bosworth, because of the cavalry. I will use mostly Perry-miniatures for this project, but i guess, that now some Foundry minis will find their way to me. ;) Your minis look way better, than the painted ones at the Foundrysite.

The surface of the boards (These not made by me) are a mix of sand, sawdust and fine grit.  To be honest anything!  this is mixed with PVA and spread on a foam base.  Usually it is painted Black then painted up using Black and yellow paint mix adding more yellow to finish with.  The Boards are just a thin plywood base with wooden edges.  Just a note that early ones we did add Dental plaster to the mix but don't bother other than for doing roads.
