Mini ID please?

I came across this pic from an old Shadowrun thread in the Future War section.

Can anyone id the BIG fellow for me?  He'd be perfect for a project I'm doing.

There was an actual Shadowrun miniature line a looong time ago I believe, possibly from there?  The oriental wardrobe makes me think he's part of one of those anime/daemons kind of ranges though.

The Ral Partha Shadowrun range is still available from RP Europe, but I don't think that is one of theirs.  The sculpting style reminds me of the long-OOP "Chinatown" range, but it's not on the Lost Minis page at http://www.miniatures-workshop.com/lostminiswiki/index.php?title=China_Town
