Hi,

Is it possible to mix maximillian range from Gringos'40 and mexican range from foundry miniatures ?

are they same height ?

Thanks a lot.

The Gringo Maximilian figures are quite tall but so are the Foundry Mexicans! Most of the range has been sculpted by Mark Copplestone I believe and his figures are nearly always really big 28s.
So yes, I wouldn't hesitate to mix the  Foundry Maximilian Adventure and the South Of The Border figures with the Gringo ones. Mind you the latter are superbly sculpted, so there might a slight edge in quality, but not too much.

I would be careful, the early Foundry Maximillian range was not sculpted by Mark Copplestone, the Figures are much closer to 25mm.
Copplestone did sculpt some Mexican infantry and peasants later for the Old West range and they are taller than the original figures.
Some of the other Foundry Maximillian range, especially the Camerone figures were sculpted by Mike Owen and are large 28s.

I have both Gringo40s & Foundry figures in my collection. The Gringo40s are a bit bigger but not so much you couldn't mix. They do look a little better in separate units though. A couple of Gringo40s mixed into a unit of the Foundry looks good too. And they all look fine side by side on the table.
