It's a gorgeous build, but +1 on this. Please, take a dremel and cut those nail tips flat. If someone stumbles and lands on the ship, you want to harm them personally. :p

Yes I will want to harm them personally, and a few nail holes will be the least of their worries as my wrath

. Actually I'm too mellow for that (and safety concerned). The entire exposed nail ends fit into a wood block (a not-Jenga piece) so it is not exposed at all and is also capped with another 1/4 inch hardboard; that plus the entire structure above should offer ample protection. I believe the stumbling would have to be off a 5 story roof top before there is a chance the nail becomes a hazard though surprisingly have not found any volunteers to test it out.

The block with the landing gear will just slot into one of the 5 slots on the underside at the end; easier to work without the landing assembly in the way.
