Come to think of it... if I was whittling those figures I wouldn't be too precise either. For what they're being used for I think it's an amazing effort!

He's sculpted 4000 figures which take three hours each

Count me in disagreement over the figures -- I think they lend a bit of authenticity to it.  Don't get me wrong... had the figures been purely realistic I'd be suitably impressed, but the relative crudeness of the carvings works very well here.  And, given his attention to detail on the temple itself, I wouldn't be surprised if that's his intent.

Agreed 150 percent.... unfortunately not much movement on the Jewish Revolt sprue over at the Wargames Factory these days, but hopefully it'll pick up at some point. This is just a war and period that needs to be covered.

  You're right, Doc. Not enough interest in the Jewish revolt, but other figures can be adapted for use. I like the Biblical-era ancients in 15mm, but most people want to fight Romans vs. Gauls in 25mm. Or the Spartacus Revolt - another great era! We can always hope one of the manufacturers will take notice of the interest. Now if I could only get the idea out of my head for making the Siege of Masada in 6mm I'd be set, but now that I've seen this gentleman's Temple......
