May be the Irish are running away from your Treemen hiding in the wood  lol
The treemen are well painted, I like the gloomy effect!

Jan, the faded blacks are very realistic. I love the way you used the depth of field to blur the guys in the background. My instinct is always to get as much of the image in focus as possible, but this actually looks better. I may have to try it...  :o

Lt. Hazel, do you actually game using such beautiful scenery, or is it more for display?

Mike I experimented with Different shutter Times to get These results.
WZQ I use all the terrain you see in the pics for my games too. For me a good looking table and painted miniatures are essential for a nice game.

Yes indeed! The black tree design ones it is.  Thank you!

I only wish they'd brought some black trees or an entire forest to battle those black shields.  lol

I'd say it's pretty brutal to hammer a bunch of nails through your friend's severed limb and wield it as a weapon.

Both excellent entries! The treemen do look rather creepy. Wouldn't want to mess with these.
Your black shields are absolutely stunning Lt.! That hand painted banner is simply top notch.
