This is a tough one because the painting in the first picture looks pretty solid but the really messy base edges ruin the models, making them look sloppy as a whole (please give them an even coat of paint). Yet I still voted for the first picture because there's more diversity in models and, like I said, the paintjob looks good too.

Nicely done...but I have to say the Sikh faces have better definition. The 3JB Rgt. of Foot are still nicely painted, but the faces need a bit more work.

Both are nicely done, but the Sikhs look much more finished, with some crisp detail. Nice.

Sikhs won my vote! Although I'm not a big fan of "clones" in such pictures, I think they look better than the pikemen. I really like the uniforms, colors, bases, scenery and the way it all looks together.
The painting style of the pikemen is nice but you're up against some very well painted sikhs, so that's too bad. Like Pil I don't like the base edges and the edge of the paper in the back of the photo is also a small nagging point for me.
