Wondering if Nor Cal means Sacramento up to Oregon, through all the hippies and pot fields, or the Bay Area?

Lots of blown-out computer company ruins would be soooooo cooooool.

Our games mainly take place in the Sacramento region - but we have thought about running some games in the Bay Area. I'd love to do a dried up San Francisco bay with rusted tankers beached in waist deep water.
