Scenario 1: The investigation

Kingdom of Spain vs. Duchy of Nassau-Usingen - we had to find out what had happend in a remote village where mutilated corpses occured with out a trace of the missing body parts. Was it a beast or something worse?





In the end it was just some foul Hobgoblin who was hacked into pieces by Nassauian Lieutenant Gerald Weber in close combat. Nassau-Usingen won 5:2.

Had the first run out yesterday, February 6, 2023 - on the anniversary of his passing - of my 10/12 mm Seven Years War Army (I added generals and jaegers - the rest acquired painted and based) purchased from a late local gamer's estate.

This was the first of what will hopefully be many battles in the province Magnesia of Empress Maria Loschendu against her rival King Frederick Unbedeutend.  The city (four bases) is Zweitemonatenstadt.  There are two small towns: Hasslichfloss and Stinkenkugel, also Schwarzekirche - so named for the souls buried there rather than the color of the exterior, the estate Totenkopf Herrenhaus, and two farms - Gelbe Bauerfof and Apfelsine Bauerhof.  There are a number of other named bases that weren't ready for the game and actually all of the bases in the game will be getting some additional work, texturing bases mostly. 

Myself as game master, six players, using Rank and File rules.
