Help! Rules for waterwolrld/modern/post-apoc boat combat?

I have been looking around for some rules that I could use for a 15mm post-apocolypse world based on waterworld. I want boat-to boat action, with boarding actions etc. While that is a little too specific for most games I wonder if their are any other rules that cover historical period brown water navy, fast attack boats, gunboats etc that could be adapted to my needs.

My other idea was to try Gaslands or similar to see if I could come up with some sort of house rules to convert it to 15mm and more suitable for my watery needs. Has anyone tried this?

There are some manufactures who make lovely 15mm boats just waiting to be converted into even lovelier post-apoc watercraft. I just need a rule set...

Have you looked at any Pirate rules sets - just change the weapons around?
