At a (fairly) recent show I picked up some 3D misprints from the Bring & Buy.
The first to be made table ready was the ruined Chapel, already shown.
Next in line were two earmarked for my 28mm WW2 Russian Front village.
Here are pictures of the first. It involved a LOT of clean up before I
could even begin to get it started.
It looked like a wicked witch had cast a spell & raised a thick layer of
thorn bushes all over it. When that was all cleared off I discovered
that the windows needed repairs, as did the door as did...etc.
Ah well finished now.

As for this one, all that came from the misprints were the
two thatched roof sections. All the rest is scratch built.
The Russian WW2 village now has a very sturdy Cow Shed.

Thanks Bob & Ian.
Must get them onto the table sometime, for a game.
The Russian Village is getting larger, though I do have
some MDF kits to make, maybe a game when I've done them. :)

See you are almost at 100 pages worth of posts so in the interest of getting you there here with another comment...

Do like the recent buildings, especially the little fence inclosure.

especially the little fence inclosure.

Useful things coffee stirers, oh & a few sticks from fallen rockets.
It is coming towards that time of year again (5th November).
I tend to keep my eyes open for the days after. They make great
big beams & are very easy to saw.

Whilst I do have Elton's hairstyle, I don't have his musical talent. :-[

Some thirty years, or more, ago...
I purchased a Gnome army from Peter Pig with the idea of
doing a HoTT army. Them against some Halloween bugs with
small pegs for walls & miniature flower pots to block line of sight.
Big surprise, I never did get around to it.
Last week though my wife wanted to do some gifts (little fillers)
for Christmas. The Gnomes came out of hiding & work started.

Some beads from my stock, flowers from the local craft shop &
some thimble cases off e-bay.

Now after decades of waiting some of the Gnomes have received paint,
though it is unlikely they will see a Wargames table. It is to be hoped
that they will be loved.
