Very cool village.  I had not popped in this thread for a while and it is always worth it.

Thanks Snitchy.

Good work on the pots Bob, as expected. I look forward to
seeing the village in a game some time.

I love the village and I'm definitely stealing the burnt out hut idea! Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

Feel free. Copy Flatpack's pots too, they are the icing on the cake.

Pete
Added pots, shrubs, and a little smoke to your fantastic village that you kindly made for me.

Thanks again.

They look almost lived in now Bob!
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

I am feeling I should apply subtle mental pressure to you Peter for that seed of an idea I put in your head for 15mm AK47...the fight in the Capital town square...the Presidential Palace...you will probably come up with something amazing
(then I won't have to bother  ;) lol )

I have a hankering to shrink the PLAYING area of my table, say to 3' x 4',
& have a 'wall' around it. This would:-
give room around the battle area for essentials (Tape measures, dice, AND cups of tea!),
allow for a scenic (model railway backdrop) for pictures of the games,
concentrate the action, which would reduce wasted time on non essential maneuvering.

So 2023 might see some movement in that direction, including the Presidential Square,
besides...I gotta get a picture onto LAF of one of my tanks breaking through the gates
to your Presidential Palace (al-la fall of Saigon).
 lol lol lol

Not been doing much, too cold to get enthused!
At the wife's request I have done some more Christmas stocking fillers.
