Absolutely stunning collection!
Nice to see the early A9 Cruisers. I've just been reading a book called "Take These Men" (I think?) by a bloke called Cyril Joly. He served in the Desert Rats, initially in A9s.
They only crewed them with four men. The twin MG turrets at the front weren't used, partly lack of manpower, but mostly because they were a total waste of time!
They liked the 2pdr against enemy armour, but desperately wanted a gun that could also fire HE. They thought the speed was good but the tanks did break down if you used it!
It seems life in tanks in the desert was all about spending most of the night repairing, refuelling, and re-stocking ammo...
