I don't think so (the gas station, I mean).  Apart from the branding, it looks very similar to one near my house.

Modern Warfare Wargaming - 28mm Train Station from the awesome @sabotag3d.bsky.social. The model was originally designed as Oosterbeek Laag, which Nick Skinner @toofatlardies.bsky.social used on his WWII table at a recent show. I obviously intend to repurpose it for my more modern wargaming tastes.

Sadly the Latvians were down to a handful of boots on the ground mate, with Wagner still amassing in strength. So having laid explosive charges around the fuel station, the Latvians drew the Russian in before bugging out and blowing the objective.

It was close fought mate, but the Russians did have the edge in manpower and more importantly, the HIND was pretty much free to do it's thing.
