Your digital skills' evolution is impressive. Love some characters and how you give movement to them. I'm a beginner in Zbrush and posing the figures to give them natural compositions is hard. Your work is an inspiration, thanks!

Thank you so much.  I appreciate that.  I try very hard to make my poses look fluid and natural.  I very much admire Kev White's (Hasslefree Miniatures and now Forge World) abilities in this area.  He is, in my opinion, hands down the best at it.

Keep at zBrush.  The interface takes a bit to get a handle on but once you figure it out, it can do pretty amazing stuff.  I recommend a few YouTube Channels to anyone who asks (I know you didn't, but...)

Lots of good artists posted to this channel.

Pretty sure this guy knows everything there is to know about zBrush. Awesome channel for learning.

Amazing sculptor.  Cool to just watch how he works in my opinion.

Thanks again for dropping a comment.

Ive been enjoying messing around with Nomad on my iPad. Same company as zBrush but way more intuitive I think. And much, much cheaper. Kerp up the great work.

Yep.  His work is very good, and interesting to watch (to me, anyway).

I've seen stuff from that app and it looks pretty powerful given what it is.  I'd love to try it but my iPad is a 1st gen with not a chance in the world to run Nomad. lol  I do have a Surface that I work on (using zBrush).  Very handy for downtime at my day job.

Some recent updates:
Big Pharaoh 6

Almost done.  Need to finish detailing the feet and then check him over for potential print issues.

Cobalt

Still early but a solid start.

Count Bedlam

Pretty much done except for the hands and some cloth detailing.

The Warriors

Early stuff.  I really like the idea of them being completely faceless mooks.

Perun

Coming along nicely, but still a little ways to go.

Krieghunde

I was searching for ideas and I ran across a picture of M. Bison from Street Fighter.  Perfect base to take inspiration from.  Add a dash of Cobra Commander and a pinch of Imperial Guard Commissar and I think I have a workable design.

That's all for now.  Thanks again everyone for stopping by.

Added some of Krieghunde's costume elements to the posed figure to see how they work:

Pretty happy so far.

Did some more work on Hardcore:

Refined the facial features and anatomy some.  Still early WIP.

Thanks!  Mine too.  I keep going back to fix stuff which is why he has taken so long. lol.  Say it with me everyone: "Perfect is the enemy of good".

Just tried again for the third attempt and even though I deleted messages to ensure I have space still not in my sent box. Weird.

Bunch of new or updated stuff since I last posted.
Updated:

Ox.  Updated him to have better anatomy and proportions.

Count Bedlam.  Details added and updated to be more print friendly.

Fenris from GAROU.  Reworked to the point of almost being a new figure. lol  Basic figure is a cross between Lemmy Kilmister, a werewolf beginning his change, and a 1%er biker.  Also shown is the start of his full blown werewolf form.

New:

Stone Flower.  Heavy hitter for the Crusaders of Crime.  Still early but very happy with proportions and pose.

Zoya of the Red Patriot Movement.  Still working on her details, which is why there is a star on her chest and her belt.  Not sure which place I want it.  As with Stone Flower, I am pretty happy with the pose and proportions on her.

Shieldmaiden of Freedom's Five, a WW2 era team.  Pretty good start on her detailing so far.  Scott wanted her to have a Dutch Partisan look, and that is the direction her uniform is heading.

Druid.  Also from Freedom's Five.  Still early.  Historical Druid meets Gandalf with a sprinkling of modern day priests.

Major Meteor of the Peace Force. A little bit Malcom Reynolds, a little bit Rocketeer, with a splash of Han Solo and an old school diving helmet.

Saber Skull, of the Cult of Super Assassins.  Mask is 100% done (and based on one of my favorite pieces of art), the rest is just beginning.

Toga Wearing Space God.  Very early.

That's enough for now I think.  Thoughts/critique always welcome.

Major Meteor rocks! I pay careful attention to your work, trying to replicate some of your stuff (Druid's beard or Major Meteor's helmet, for example) for teaching myself. Now, we'll wait for your resin prints to be based and painted.

Well thank you, that is very flattering. The beard is a Dynamesh sphere pulled in to shape and then worked with the Orb Cracks tool.  The helmet is lots of time with ZModeler. It is also not all one piece.

I've been working on some Fantasy sculpts and GI Joe stuff as a break from supers for a little bit.  I'll definitely post again when I have more to show.

Thanks again for dropping a comment.
