That barge looks great.
I hate seeing blood painted like that. "Lets just add red" however I think that's how we all start off with it right? Looking forward to seeing the full scout battalion painted up in your colours, they work nicely.

Thanks!  While I have all the "crap" out, I may build one more random ship just for terrain purposes.  There is a vehicle expansion planned for Scrapheap in the distant future, but I'd just like some cool stuff to sit in the murky water for now.

Ahoy ye' land lubbers!  While I had some leftover Tamiya barrels I built another barge to add to the "port" terrain.

Both are excellent- great idea for a piece of terrain- but if I had to choose one I think I prefer your second one.

Got to run a bunch of Scrapheap games this past week.  As usual we made a bunch of "jungle gyms of death" style tables.

For the last game we inverted the mat and any model falling into the 'black' (thick tar/oil) was out-of-action immediately.

That looks like it'll be a fun table to play on. Is that the Deep Cut studio Underhive mat?

Yep, a bit on the red side, but a nice generic one for "interior" stuff.
