I would be curious to hear your experiences.

Back when I was doing a small Afrika Korps force, I was really struggling to work out how their AT gun went together. I e-mailed Warlord to see if I was missing a diagram or anything, and the guy I exchanged e-mails with really went out of his way to help me - going so far as to send me photos of his own personal rendition of the model, from various helpful angles. I've got mixed opinions on Warlord overall, but their Customer Service is excellent.

An excellent example that mirrors my own. Thanks for sharing that mate.

Being a bit of a WG fanboy, I know I am opinionated. But I can safely say their customer service is great.

I once ordered a few boxes of the World War 2 range for my Hungarians, and a few boxes wound up missing when I opened the box after it arrived. After contacting them, they ended up providing sending a further parcel which had the missing box, however in doubled numbers.

Their customer service is indeed perfectly kind. Same when needing a few spare tracks from their resin kits and such. Usually they manage to make a deal work out.

Not normally a huge fan of Warlord (historical accuracy bloopers and the rest), but I will say that their Customer Service is excellent, from the wrong tracks on a French tank, to missing figures from a boxed infantry section, they have been nothing but helpful in the extreme.
No plan survives first contact with the dice.

The one time Warlord sent me the wrong item on an order, they told me to keep it and sent a copy of what I did order on them  :)

Current projects: collecting way too many vintage Warzone models.

Agree, that Warlord have one of the best customer service departments about. So many companies fall into the ," the next new customer is the most important". Rubbish, look after the customers you already have ! They will come back and spend more money.

Not always happy with some of their business decisions but I would agree their customer service is excellent.

Never dealt with them directly but they're great at shows.
