Looks really great, especially the shades of the bald guy.

Your camo and jeans are excellent -- so realistic!

Nothing comes between Max and his Calvins*.  :D

Nice paint work on those figures. :-* :-*

Thanks for all your kind words – they really help keep me motivated to keep painting, even though I don’t always like the results.

Looks really great, especially the shades of the bald guy.

Thank you! I was aiming for a reflective bluish-green effect on the lenses, even though the glasses are very small (much smaller than the ones on the helmeted heads). I’m quite happy with how it turned out!

Thank you! For the jeans, I was trying to replicate this: link, but I couldn’t remember the technique or paints I originally used. This time, I checked out some denim tutorials on YouTube, and while I wasn’t sure the final effect turned out exactly as I wanted, I’m glad you like it!

I don’t really get that one :) but thanks anyway :)

It's from an old Calvin Klein jeans TV commercial.  In it, Brooke Shields (while wearing a pair of Calvin Klein jeans) says the line "Nothing comes between me and my Calvins"...
"Remember - Incoming Fire Has the Right-of-Way"

Yeah, I look that up in the meantime. Thanks!

Anyways...
Let’s move away from questionable commercials and back to what really matters: painted minis! Here are my new objective markers – tables with guns.

The weapons are from the Project Z Spec Ops and Survivors sets. The crate and concrete rings are from WH40K terrain bits, the bricks are resin (unfortunately, I don’t remember the manufacturer), and I made the tabletops myself using coffee stir sticks. Hope you like them!

I like those.  A lot.

I've pondered doing something similar.  If/when I do, these may act as an example I can emulate...

Very nice!  :-* :-*   Adnan Kashoggi would be proud.  :)

I keep meaning to make an arms cache but always end up using any spare weapons I have for conversions.
