Im trying to get into fimo sculpting, but it's early days. Have you ever thought about posting a run through on your sculpting technique? I'm always blown away when you casually reveal one of your minis is sculpted from scratch

Maybe one day, but I rarely do WIP sculpting photos due to the simplye fact that my hands are dirty with the putty

A good quality 5/0 brush (changed frequently as with time it will be less pointy) and artist oil (acrlyics would dry into the brush quickly in that small amounts). Or you can try blackliner pens used by plane modellers, but I do not know if those come in blue.

I heard Peter Guilder once tell someone to use a sharpened  2B pencil & then spray varnish over.
The more lead in the pencil the darker it will appear after it is varnished.
You do have to repeatedly sharpen it as it blunts VERY quickly,
but it is very cheap.

The Dinos are cool. Looking at their faces, A can't help feel it's a shame you didn't paint one purple as Barney.

I wanted the dinos look friendly as they are beasts of burden, the local oxens and mules. I wanted them to lack the dynamism and agility usually associated with carnivorous saurids.

This sculpt is intended to be a spaceship crew, but he will also be casted, I already have ideas for alternative uses.
