I continue to be distracted by the buildings, so still no more finished minis to post.

As far as the village street is concerned, I’ve commenced roofing and tiling.

Here’s an example of a tiled tile:









As soon as I’ve tiled the other two roofs, I will cut out and fit the platforms for the chimneys (coming from OSHIRO Model Terrain) and then add the ridge tiles. After that it will be detailing and tidying.

I most certainly would!

Without the two OSHIROmodels buildings I wouldn’t even be contemplating it. And even with them being available, it’s that they are cast as individual storeys rather than as one-piece blocks, which has meant that I can use them for their component parts to create the necessary variation.
