Fantastic work. The sword is subtle enough not to dominate the figure, but is so smoothly done.

I think the leader of my gathering - Nikolai von Falkov, is finished. I am especially pleased how the wilted roses turned out.

I am also quite pleased about the steel NMM. I struggled a bit with the sword hilt, so will focus on improving brass NMM in the future. Overall a really cool miniature and great opportunity to work with a cold colour palette.

Thank you all. I am not yet on the Discord, but thought about joining.

I continue with von Falkov's hound Regis. Have to correct the ears and obviously finish the base.

I'd recommend it if you're on the fence- it's a very welcoming place, and Peter is a lovely bloke. Discord aside, lovely work as per usual :D

Much appreciated!

Onwards we go with a WIP of one of von Falkov's little pets: the Werebat by Reaper Miniatures. The colours are based on the real-world Flying Fox. A few pages back the bat was still violet, but I found that too similar to the other vampires.

I also present an early WIP of my familiars: a bat swarm. I can't remember the manufacaturer, but I think it is OOP. Mounting them on the obelisk was an attempt to get away from branches and gravestones.

Love the werebat…I have the “same” reaper model on my paint tray…but with wooden coffin.
