A quick Boshin War battle report (Sharp Practice)
« on: July 24, 2024, 08:01:45 AM »
I'm not saying the magic of TMWWBK has worn off, but I do think there was a certain amount of second-option bias that led me to gravitate towards it after mainly using Sharp Practice. The last couple of months have seen me 'rediscover' the latter rules to an extent, and I've been floating a more in-depth set of force lists and period rules for some point in the future.

Anyway, ramblings aside, a report:

Nice report :)

Reminded me of Ueno!

Definitely need to get back to mine later this year, the inspiration is itching again.

Great looking game!
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio năo tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeăo mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Thanks, all!

@Mudyinsquall – I definitely had Ueno in mind (helped by a somewhat recent visit); this isn't the first time I've done a big temple setup but usually on a larger, 8' by 6' setup rather than the 4' by 6' I used last night.
