Love the new additions,  :-*
And the group shot of the entire army so far is great.
Strong unifying colour scheme. Looking good.

Still, a chap ought to look smart in front of the men, don't you think?

Great looking army so far Ray. I'm looking forward to seeing more native Egyptian units.

Great work Ray. It’s amazing how you can paint whites that look so good… I wish I could do the same lol
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://www.kingdomtitans.ca/us/

This unit looks GREAT.  And I can't wait to see someone else's take on the Hinterland sailors.

Great unit to aid an already great looking force.

Can I ask what colour you use for gold? It looks like my old! Citadel gold, which is impossible to get now, so I would be happy to hear if something similar is on the market still.

@ Calimero: The white is really easy. Base coat of Foundry Austrian White (67B) and highlighted with Vallejo white. Comes out a treat.

@ Mancha: The sailors will probably look a whole lot like the rest of the army!   :o   ;)

@ Jonas: I base coated with Foundry Shiny (36C) and I highlighted (yes there is a highlight!) with Miniature Paints Bright Gold. The MP Bright Gold I believe is very close to the old Citadel one and you can get it from EM4 miniatures.. I think.

Strange looking folks, I admit. But they should blend in real well with my army.  :D

I really like those jackal people  :-*

Miniatures by Brigade with Anubis helmets from Shadowforge.

Were you able to buy these separately?

Were you able to buy these separately?

Nope!  Which means each mini comes in at a cost of two. So there probably won't be a whole lot more.  :'(

Mind you, it is a shame that Shadowforge doesn't offer these heads/helmets separately as they are not attached to the original mini and are pretty cool.
