Prussian Armored Drive on the City of Hythoria!

In a bold move, Prussian forces, whom had been briefly stalled by the Atlantean Temple Gurad, surged forward, chasing the Guard off to the east and continued their drive on the city of Hythoria. Captian Chadworth led a stripped down column of light troops and vehicle north to the outskirts of the city and formed a shaky alliance with the cities Matriarch who sent a Priestess and 2 units of Guards with the British Mariners and a unit of Line Infantry, reinforced with a Light Tank Gun and towed field piece to buy time for the Atlanteans to prepare a defense of the city.

Prussians are on the lower left, the Hill on the left was a key position in the outcome. The ruins on the right was the staging point to the Atlanteans who seem to put great faith in the power of the ancient ruins. British positions are at the top of the picture.

Prussian fire continued to prove very inaccurate, except when it was down to do or die, then they would score a Hit with tank fire or a volley of rifle fire would finally do horrific casualties to the target unit.  Fighting raged hand to hand on the British Right flank hill position that anchored the battle line was in hot contention. The position collapased when the Prussians sent most of their uncommited units up the hill in support.

Prussian right held back to near the last moment then surged out and into the Atlnatean psoiton, forcing them to retreat. Now it is to be seen if the British atack the lightly defended Prussian landing depot or push all able units to the city to aid in its defense.
