I had purchased the 3 Knights of the Crescent Moon figures but one of them was a Cadd's Commando, instead (didn't notice in the store). I must have about 100 Artizan figures and have never had any problems. This was the first. Heck, goofs happen. It's how we react to them that matters most to me.
I emailed Artizan and they sent (from England to California) a replacement without ANY fuss AT ALL. Piece of cake!
I sure wish that it were this easy dealing with other companies or organizations, like, say, VW, the DMV, the UC system, Verizon, Blackberry, Abbott Diabetes Care, and so on....
I will certainly remain an Artizan Designs customer.
