None, it's all scratch built.

Yes, quite possibly. I've got some decorative string that should fit the bill.

Are you planning on adding some railings around the outside?

No, these are primarily for gaming and railings tend to get in the way and get damaged (well, they do with my clumsy fingers  ). I might put some around the cargo hold instead.

Not at all, the only lasered bits are for the derrick.

Isn't it strange that I almost had a 'meh' moment. Anywhere else, and I'd be falling all over myself in admiration. Not only would I never build one of those, I'd never even dream it.

Doug, every 'world' needs it's boring workhorses  

For this evenings viewing pleasure I've almost finished construction of the torpedo neff shown on page 29

Just a ships wheel, a few remaining rivets, the prop and the aerofoils to put on and it's good for priming  






So, we're on six fully complete neffs (including the defence platform) and four neffs in various stages of construction (including the behemoth Mikasa neff).

Luckily we have a game on the 22nd that'll hopefully have them all on show
