Thanks Brummie, armour is quick and easy to paint, now that I am back in University I don't have much time to paint anything too complicated.

Hi Pil, I love those true 25mm skeletons, they are a little small but are great sculpts, paint him soon I would love to see hime;  you've given me inspiration to do some now.

Thanks for the comments

Nice little dude! =D I can't decide on the snow... I think there's too much PVA showing, but at the same time it could be ice under a fresh cover of snow. Ho hum. I like generic, uniform basing so you really shouldn't mind me. =D

Great job on the figure.  I think the old Partha figures are really elegant and great to paint.  The scale between it and the Pal;idin isn't that bad.

He's painted and awaiting his first coat of gloss. You'll have to be patient though, I will probably use him in the LPL somewhere, but I don't know which round yet.

Thanks Bloodysword, now post up some more of your cool minis, especially some Partha.

Pil, can't wait to see your LPL teams

Thanks again all,

I painted my first Ral Partha figs in a long long time.  They were cast in 1995 and in a baggie since 1996 but I can't show you pics for I don't know, a few days on account that I entered them in the Lead Painter League.  ;-)

Hello, here are some Grenadier Skeletons that I bought off ebay for .99cents (sometimes I love ebay), there were about 5-6  of them. Here is how they were originally painted and ...

this is what they look like now.

I really like the one on the end pulling a buddy out of the ground, nice little diorama. I plan to build a little Grenadier Undead warband with a Necromancer a unit of skeletons and some kind of giant undead creature.

Thanks for looking

Those are great.  I had no idea Grenadier had such a sense of humor - beating a guy with his own arm...

Thanks Pil and Stecal, yeah Grenadier has some pretty interesting sculpts, these ones are from the 80s (true 25mm), the ones from the 90s are pretty big, they are the same size as today's GW minis.

Thanks for looking

It's The Army of Darkness...VERY COOL even without Bruce Campbell. It's surprising with the really old pieces just how very well they paint up...thanks for the surprise.

Cool  8)

Skeletons can be a nightmare painting - but you did a great job, here. Very well done.

Thanks again

Great work Damien.  I miss my citadel paladin.  That's the thickest greatsword in history.  Love it!
