Thanks for the short but enjoyable read. I am still waiting for our rules book... ordered it the same day it was released and it still havent turned up. I should have got it at Salute and had it sent to me, would have been a few WEEKS faster :S
But still, we are eagerly waiting for it to show up so we can start trying out the rules and the campaign setting, all to get ready for SLAM! wich will be held the 17th of June :)

Same here. Ordered on the day of release, got confirmation of dispatch after a week and still no sign of it a week later. Looks like a promising set of rules and I wish BS well with the venture, but sorry guys order fulfilment just not up to standard. I have had orders from the U.S. arrive in less time.

Now they may have been overwhelmed by the interest created by their clever marketing, but they should have prepared for that and certainly no excuse for using second class post. I know BS is a small company, but so are many others who deal online and get their products to customers much faster.

Hope everyone's copies arrive soon.  I wonder what the hold up is - I have had consistently prompt service from BS in the past.

I am planning on ordering it, but I am delaying until the elf pirate packs show up on the site.

I would say that they are perhaps not the fastest company in the world, but they are a small operation (as far as I understand) wich of course makes up for some of the delays, but one would expect them to be aware of the increase in work burden when they have released a new rules book, and at Salute even.
