The town square in the middle is the biggest section (apart from the castle). The houses to the left and right have the base ( horizontal) 1/3rd smaller than the length. The road in the middle is 1/3rd the total width of the town square and the circular hut (right of castle) is 1/3rd smaller on both side than the town square. The bridge and watermill sections are the same size as the town square but the river sections are 1/3rd longer.
There is no exact size (well, I havent actually measured them with inches or cmīs) but it works fine...all the pieces fit up against the ohters and with one more house section the whole thing forms a perfect square.....
