Defence of a Medieval Village
« on: December 03, 2006, 05:35:55 PM »
In my current D&D campaign in the Forgotten realms, my players were ordered to defend a small village threatened by an orc horde.

I decided to use my wargames buildings in order to provide a simple view of the fights.

Damn, that's nice! Exactly the sort of fantasy wargaming I would like to play. I'm fed up with WHFB  :x

Beautiful work. I loved the turn by turn shots showing the massacre of the orcs (though it seemed a few slipped few in the overhead shot!)

This is exactly the type of game that Broadsword Adventures (the fantasy version of .45 Adventure) will be.

Very nice, when you see it depicted with figures you first realize how many deads are lying around in a D&D game!

And good news Richard, I'm looking forward to this!

Yes, I was very fond of Nick Lund's Black orcs 20 years ago. I've got  2 units of them plus the Ugezod's Mothercrushers and Ugezod's Death Commandos.

Very Nice minis.
