Can I ask what sort of varnish you use (if any)?

First Lord Nelson clear varnish (spray), after that Army Painter matt varnish (spray).

I do like those West Wind figures - hadn't noticed them before.  Your paintjobs are a good selling point for them...

Ooo! I've just looked through the whole thread for the first time (still a young LAFer I'm afraid).
Lovely work, very inspirational!!

Seems you're really back in the saddle, Prof. Very inspirational, and reminds me that I have an unfinished Mordheim project somewhere in a box.

Also a good showcase for not so well known minis, like the West Wind civilians. Which line are they from, and are they still available?
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Never left the saddle :) I’ve painted about 200 LAM figures in the last 10 months. Now some break at LAM front, so I’m going to make some things just for my pleasure.

No idea if the West Wind civilians are still available, they’re Norfolk Civilians. I have to warn you, though, they’re a bit on the big side, especially the women in the pack are just huge, about 30-32mm, just like the later Gothic Horror miniatures.

200!
How many arms do you have?
Are you an octopus, or have you just been cloned?

How do those West Wind figures look beside the Bruegelburg folk?  Or did I manage to overlook a shot of mixed figures while I tried to keep from drooling on my keyboard?

Witchtown is proud to present another new building on the main street of the city!

I've bought this scratchbuilded house ten years ago for my Mordheim gaming from Netterrain (http://www.netterrain.de/). It was unpainted, and I said to myself, one day I'm going to paint it, definitely...

Many years went by..And some days ago I've found it again in my basement, a bit dusty... ::)

After some hours of cleaning and painting..

That is amazing!

I love that roof.

Great paint job, too.
You are just so damned prolific.
Must be those cursed painting robots again, ;)
Brilliant, just brilliant!

Lovely, the roof reminds me of the old postoffice in Tintagel
