Modern floorplans - Where from?

I'm searching for decent quality floorplans for all kinds of modern buildings. They should ideally represent a straight top-down view of the building interior, with details like props etc. I found a bunch of cool stuff on rpgmapshare.com, but the maps are mostly 72 DPI whereas I want to create 2D maps in 28mm scale. Any ideas? I would even pay for them if they are really good. I already got the modern floorplans from rpgnow (don't like em, cheap quality   )

Which ones from RPGNow? Do the need to be digital or actual physical products?

Architectural journals are your best bet and also a visit to the RIBA website might be worthwhile.

I want to use them for a miniatures game, so boring b&w schematics are not what I'm looking for. I plan to mount them to foamcore tiles and use them side-by-side with my WorldWorksGames terrain. Unfortunately, no one offers good-looking floorplans/buildings that have props in them AND have no or at least an unobstrusive grid 

So if there are some artists out there, this could be a nice business opportunity for you!

Try and find some of the old Shadowrun DMZ plans.
They don't have a grid, but do have asterisks which mark out the movement point grid it used.

Nightclubs, diners, shopping malls, etc.

I have a pdf of some of them.

Good call. There was also a bunch of similar floorplans included in a seperate supplement that had apartments, a warehouse, monorail station plus cars etc.

Unfortunately, they are very hard to find Complete sets go for a ridiculous amount of money.

I work as a draftsman with Autocad and Revit MEP... so i can get my hands on alot of different buildings like offices....

did draw last month a complete map of 2floor building in 1/50 scale with surroundings.... i did print them on a A0-format paper (1200x841mm)

That one was Sprawl Sites, if I recall correctly.

Go to Google image type in floor plans(dinner or whatever) and tons of stuff pop up

DMZ had an expansion map set called "Sprawl sites" (not to be confused with either of the two "location archetype" supplements for SR1/3 (I have the SR1 book as well as the DMZ/SS sets - I think there was a SR3 or SR4 book using the same title also).

Seeker Gaming Systems also did a 25mm grid "Corporate building" set of floor plans (which had furniture, guard stations, elevators and such shown).

To clear things up further, I am looking for something like this:

only with a better resolution and possibly the option to turn off certain props and the grid... Yes, high expectations, but I want my building tiles to look as good as the WWG stuff next to it

Oh well, I guess I'll just use the Left 4 Dead authoring tools to create some scenery ripped from the game itself.

I wish the artists that did the art for Fantasy Flight Games' Mansions Of Madness boardgame would release some modern maps

I spent the last week just doing it myself. I used mostly textures and models from Left 4 Dead. Every floorplans is build like a real building in a 3D program, then lighted and rendered for a realistic look.

That's awesome work, man! The cast shadows add a lot of depth and atmosphere.
