I agree, some more context would be good. "Blaue Energie" would indeed be a very literal translation - I would consider something like "Blaukraft" ("Blue Power" - in german, "Kernkraft" or "Atomkraft" are used for "Nuclear/Atomic Power/Energy", especially outside of the professional sphere). An added bonus would be the fact that "-kraft" sounds a bit more pulpy than "-energie", and I hazard to guess that it does so for english-speakers, too.
