The last clip is just a sad piece of communist propaganda from a movie shot in 1957 during the early years of the Soviet occupation that kept (and still keep) the myth of cavalry vs tanks alive. The purpose during those early years following the end of WW2 for the Soviet union was to rewrite history to make it appear as if the Red Army were the saviors and without fault, and the idea of showing stupid Polish soldiers (later as time progressed they shifted focus towards Polish commanders) to morally subdue the occupied Poland after WW2. The brainwashing and history falsification was incredibly effective on the generations that followed.
Even more remarkable still was that it was the Germans with the help of an Italian war correspondent who started the myth of the Polish cavalry vs tank - and the Soviets thought it was so good that they took it and ran with it after the war.
There are a few things that I find quite amazing in the clip, for instance use of lances (which was not part of standard issue armament for cavalry in 1939) that are used as throwing spears?

And the badly masked T-34 "German Panzer"

The cavalry charges made during 1939 were done with sabers, and only against unsuspecting infantry for the most part that were taken completely by surprise ( a bit like the Germans were taken by surprise by amored trains showing up in the middle of their tank column at the battle of Mokra). And cavalry were intended to be used as mobile infantry, fighting on foot when contact was made with the enemy rather than "true" cavalry.
If one knows all of that, then you can't be offended by the clip or get some wrong ideas about the content either. Not 100% sure everyone knows that though so that's why I write this explanatory comment.
