The only ones I can think of off-hand are the 1918 vintage RAN V&W class destroyers made by Tamiya and their HMS Repulse and their Kongo. The V&Ws you could use pretty much as is, Repulse and Kongo would require quite a lot of conversion work.
For the Great War, the established scale are 1/1200, 1/1200, 1/2400 and 1/3000. As things stand there's a better selection of WW1 era models in 1/350 than there is in 1/700 or 1/600.
