This board is absolutely amazing!  A true inspiration, as well as the thread you linked to.  I'm just starting out with mine, three out od seven Sarissa buildings done and all of my streets and side walks printed.  I can't wait to get it done.  Once I have the bases done, I'll be shooting you lots of questions!  :)

I picked up this Cars 2 jet on sale today and plan on turning it into a X-Jet/Blackbird type vehicle for the Heavy Metal sub-faction. Unpainted Sgt Bale poses for scale.

I already removed the sticker with the eyes on it and might try to cut out the solid plastic behind the windshield. There is also a mouth under the nose that I need to file back and fill in. I probably won't get onto this until a later date, but I think it was a pretty cool find! It even has an interior!

Indeed - very handy.  Looks to me like a corporate jet for an Auric Goldfinger type.

How did I miss this thread???

Great looking board.  :-* It's very nicely done.

That Jet was a great find. I will be keeping my eyes open for one of those.

This.

It is also nice that you can play in the (admittedly cramped) interior:

"Not to shoot firestick in space canoe! Cause explosive decompression!"  lol

What a very  nice looking board!

What is the size of the board? I have been trying to figure out the right size for my super figs board, I was thinking 4x4.

What figure is that huge giant yellow guy? Never seen him before and he looks great! He appears to be something you converted!

That is giant Hadron, for Pulp city

http://store.pulp-city.com/products/giant-hadron

There is a 28mm and 15mm version too, as his power is to shrink and grow. Very cool.

Eip! Expensive! Almost as pricey as the Giant Man figure for clix! Gah!

A good solution for growing figures is to find a decent superhero action figure and the same character in Clix. I though about doing that with Hadron but decided finding a 15mm version would be difficult so went with the official dude

Oh and the board is roughly 3x3 with some wiggle room for cards and dice and other such clutter! Pulp plays well on 3x3. If I was building a generic supers board I probably would have gone for 4x4 as 3x3 can get a little restrictive once the roads are put in.

I like the fact you have removed the crest from Hadrons helmet. Might have to steal that idea.
Your Sgt Bale conversion is amazing!
