The only way I'd go on in another campaign would be if it's modern/sci-fi/super-heroes centric. I will never need another fantasy miniature again...

It seems to want to stay in Chicago for a while doesn't it. I think mine is either on a plane now or arrived in New Zealand.

Yeah that is odd, 4 days its sat in Chicago "processed through sort facility" so far.  Our next D&D game is in 2 weeks and I want to get some painted :P

That's funny as mine arrived within a week of receiving the shipping email, and that's from the states to Denmark.

There are some minis in the Reaper catalogue that I would like to see in their Bones range. The funny alien from the Mice in Space set for starter and maybe some "Greys" ;D
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

That is very true. Although some of the bones I didn't pick up are looking at me with pleading eyes!

Just checked my tracking confirmation... Arrived in New Zealand. Should be a couple of days I hope. Please be Friday, I want the weekend with my new plastic not so shiny shinies.

I wonder what makes the difference with customs fees. Mine got through without customs, whilst I friend has had to pay customs and has to produce a receipt with pricing for the goods. It all seems rather hit and miss.

Well, that's because it is! :D At least here in DK; then Skat is understaffed in that regards and simply doesn't have the time to go through every parcel arriving from outside of the EU. Thus, they pick stuff, by chance and divination, and look at it to determine how much it needs to be taxed before you recieve it.

... Which is why I never order stuff from outside of the EU; can't really be bothered with all this red tape and extra taxes!

I always get busted, so I just assume that I'll have to pay for customs, and haul my ass to the middle of nowhere and pick my pack up. I also assume that it will rain as hell the day I decide to go there...

Mine only cost $100 which it said on the outside and I think it may be at about $250 we have to pay customs, otherwise its just not worth their while I think. I'm probably wrong though, probably misheard someone.

You Kiwis really are on the short end of the stick aren't you? 2.5 times the cost of the package in customs and fees :o
