SCL's Bretonnian Thread [updated 21/2/15]
« on: 22 October 2012, 11:58:13 AM »
Painted these up for myself over the past couple of weeks. Had them since I was a teenager and they got stripped years ago with the intention of doing a better job of them. Got quite a few others as well so I might add a few more to them to create a little warband (not that they'll ever see action though).

In my top five favorite figures, simple, well posed and you've done a cracking job on them  :-* :-*

Definately agree there. I think that's what attracted me to them back in early '90 something.

By the way, does anyone know if Foundry's HYW stuff is the same size as these? I'm guessing they are as they're Perry sculpts as well and I think I recognise a few Bretonnian bits used as dollies (a few knights legs here and there) but I'm not 100% sure.

I believe they are a decent match with the Citadel ones being ever so slightly larger it not worryingly so.
