Going by old Rogue Trader setting material, then the Space Marines - whilst having undergone hypno-psycho-indoctrination were still ruthless psychopats and killers from the most dangerous planets across the universe.

I could imagine that simply letting them loose on the universe, with no police force to stop them rampaging through Imperial Cities would be a Bad Thing (TM)  lol

I too had a chapter of marines called the Devastation Angels. I think I also toyed with the name Black Messiahs for a traitor chapter. From Sabbat's "Hosanna in Excelsis". A band that I got into because of that bloody flexi-disc in WD #95.

Great job on these classic plastics. Seeing them makes me want to get start my own Rogue Trader-era chapter.

Hehe, mine got their name from the same source, though I didn't yet listen to Sabbat in 1987.  8)

Great looking models. Brings back memories.  lol

I think I like the old RT bikers better then the latest 40K offerings.
