Agis, did you rebbuild the legs on VD? I remember the weird fluff about him havin his legs surgically shortened (not mentioning WHY(??)) which gave him a peculiar stunty look.
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Yup, I used the mini (with horns) as a Shadowrun Troll.
The legs are enlonged to make him look more "natural". Works for me.  8)

While painting the mini I realised how detailed and realistic (OK, as much as a far future undead soldier can be) proportioned the mini is. The head and hands are really small when compared to other minis. The comparison shot below makes it evident.

From left to right: 1st Ed Warzone Mishima Samurai, current Undead Legionnaire prototype, Space Marine and Infinity trooper.
They are indeed surprisingly petite, especially considering that as I recall the new minis are announced to be "above 28mm" scale. But of course these are prototypes.

I like them a lot at that scale, never was a fan of the clunky heroic style of the old Minis.

@Rob,

Any idea if the weapons will be affixed to the arms or if they are seperate pieces?
Hopefully seperate..

this scale is too small for my personal taste. I'd prefer the new figs more compatible with the old ones...And with other brands too.

Its an undead legionare it is both hunched over and insanely thin. I am sure the human soldiers will be bigger. Let us instead focus on the amazing level of detail and nice style the mini is done in.

ditto. Also the big base used gives the impression of a very small mini IMO. With a common GWish 25mm round base it would be better. Anyway, it is definetly more the thin&"realistic" scale of infinity than the heroic scale of 40k.

I am 100% with you. In fact I wanted to base the mini on a smaller bases but Prodos insisted on the "Warmachine" base. (Absoluteyl OK with me, since they gave me the minis for free)

I am going to rebase asap once I have photographed all 5 minis with the ugly bases...  ;)

My one was a scrap model, so cannot be photographed. Mine had seperate weapons, same as Agis'. I would assume the weapons will be seperate.
