Just so folks know, I have confirmed that folks may choose to swap the Everassur for an Immortal in the Cybertronic Starter Boxed Set, this includes the miniature and all associated cards.

This is the ONLY SWAP OUT from the Starter Boxes that Prodos Games are able to do.

Neat.

BTW anyone know what is "international small hero"? I think the term only appears in the "what you get with pledges" table Never mind, found it.

Okay, here's one reminder for those who are still on the fence: Jump in! There's less than 72 hours left. Grab you some Warzone minis while you can. Still lots of great (limited) offers to take.

Assuming I know very little about kickstarter how would one go about this?

How do you pay? When are the funds taken? When do you pay for the optional stuff?

As far as Kickstarters go - they all work 'roughly' the same. You choose a 'Pledge' level you wish to back (this will give you a set 'package' of items), and then you can if you wish add extra money for 'add-ons' (extra stuff than in the pledge). The site has a pledge manager, which will ask you at what level and how much cash you want to pledge.

As far as taking money, this happens when the Kickstarter finishes (April 15 for WZR), if the target amount is met (as WZR is at 300% of target, it's going to take your money). After the kickstarter finishes, a survey is sent out so you can tell the people running it what you actually want. Some Kickstarters allow, at this time, extra funds to be added for product - not sure about this one, been mentioned but not sure.

Also, WZR offers a Credit system - you can swap out items from your pledge for a 'value' to use to purchase other items/add-on's. It does appear complicated at first, but it does allow a budget to be followed (i've only had to add 80p to my pledge - unless we hit £140 and Mishima)

Hope that helps (and really glad Warzone is BACK)

THX for explaining.
So I guess, the deal is that one helps out funding initial investment by being offered substantial discount on the future releases?
Is that the interest?

Yes former user, that is the idea in general. Plus some Kickstarters offer exclusive content only available during the KS campaign. In the Warzone case this is a diorama and a limited miniature as the next stretch goal.

well, exclusives are as old as the trade  :D
and future bonds are nothing new as well, so I guess the novelty is the online communication and the bypassing of the usual funding channels, which is good!

THX for clarifying

In exchange for old funding channels you ahve new one, Amazon is taking a hefty percentage!
It is still a good convinient online way to fund or increase the investment for smaller companies or people who have a bgood idea but do not wish to risk their money.
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

For Prodos, it is a great way of gauging their intial interest.

They have also been able to release an awful lot more than they ever imagined by this stage.  :)

It's been a fantastic ride, only 1 more full day to go!!!

Get in on it now!  :D
