Nice work on that flesh. A pity the fell beast has such a large belly button ;)
Those Saurons look pretty cool. I thought the Necromancer version would look a bit more ethereal though if you maybe did some source lighting from the helmet?
Great work all round really!
Your posts here on him have made me think about using him as Nagash.

Is that the plastic Fellbeast kit as I am thinking of buying one?

Is it easy / nice to put together or did you have a lot of reenstuff work to get it looking so good?

Is it stable on a flight stand?

It certainly is the plastic Fellbeast and there is zero greenstuff on mine as it fit together very well.  The flight stand on mine is a snug fit but in a good way, I almost don't need to glue it its that secure.

You inspired me - I went to the GW store in Frieburg, Germany and bought the Fellbeast kit and great Eagles Kits today.

I was expecting a H.R.Giger vision of LOTR, which I thought would be interesting to see!

This is exactly what I thought!

Further to yesterday's post.

I am very impressed with the plastic Fellbeast and the plastic Great Eagles kits.  Both sets are excellent.

I already have the metal version of this kit so I built the GW flying Fellbeast as a standard Nazgul which left me some interesting spare parts.

I added a Perry WOTR horse and got a unique mounted version of the Witch King with sword.

I also have the severed head of the Witch King's Fellbeast as a scenery piece.

Nicely done Mick, I did something similar with my spare Ringwraiths (as you'll see below).

I've finished my Lord of the rings forces for now, though I will be going back to the Fallen Dwarves at a later date to paint them up, so here are the finished photos:

Wow! The sheer size of that army is impressive! But not only that, it's really nicely painted as well! Great work.
