Fantastic stuff all around!  Kudos to you for attacking the lance decorations and fluer de les!  They scare me to death!

What will you be using for Italian piles?

Cheers,

Blue

Thanx, gents, for your comments...:)

I will take Perry plastic merceneries. They are great looking miniatures, though they are perhaps a little bit too old fashioned...;)

They are a bit WIP at the moment, but I have to go to bed now... o_o lol

Have you considered the TAG range for the Italian Wars? They certainly fill in some gaps.  They are slightly smaller than the current Perry plastics but are a nearly perfect match in size for the original Perry figures from Foundry's Renaissance range.

Here is the daily update: a new command-base...:)

Its a conversion from a new perry plastic mercenarie and old arms of the GW-imperium box.

@mooshado
I wont buy any more miniatures for the project at the moment, cause I have tons of others landsknecht and the like on the leadmountain...;)

Cheers,
Don

Okay, one week without any progress in my little Italy-project. And all I hve for now is some rebasing stuff... :'(

I rebased some of my wierd condotta stuff to get more pike on the table. A sad story: I hate rebasing... lol

But it did get me three 12mem blocks of pike; a good basis for "Pike and Shotte".

and a topview...

Perhaps a littel small, its the minimum size in Pike&Shotte. But I can add a few more pike stands if I find the time...:)

Cheers,
Don
