Ebay, Matchbox Cars of Yesteryear (I think is the line). I bought a lot deal of 8 for under $20 with shipping. The splurged for the Captain Morgan truck.

What others said -- I often find beat-up old models from these lines in charity shops, at car boot sales and so on. Having been worn out by being played with, they're not of any value to collectors, but for my purposes they're perfect.
