I received my boxed AvP in August.....2015.

2 weeks ago I had still not received any of the additional items, despite most of them being available to retail customers (for some time) and most in their current sale (with £15 fixed postage, so not really much of a sale).

I sent an email threatening to take civil action, including details of all the items in my KS pledge to the following email addresses:

agata.mazurek@prodos.co.uk
michal.pawlaczyk@prodos.co.uk
service@prodos.co.uk

Less than 48 hours later I got an email from Prodos (no-reply@prodos.co.uk) stating that they were sending all the outstanding items apart from the alternative Marines (which I haven't seen anywhere and frankly never expect to).

I finally received the available items this week.  Apart from 2 left arms and no right arm for the Predator Berserker, all the items were fine.

I would therefore suggest that anyone still awaiting fulfilment of their KS pledge by Prodos should contact them in the same way.

With the entire length of Europe being about the same as the distance to the nearest chemist here I just cant understand why one would not spend a few short hours on road or rail and go visit them direct and collect your stuff. I have no idea what Poland is like but I assume there will also be some nice bits to look at on the way.

He's from Illinois, USA.  Bit of a long road trip to collect your stuff.

Other than the Alt Marines and marine objective markers I think I have all of my pledge now (which include everything).  I did place an extra order to get the outstanding stuff shipped but it did then arrive in a timely fashion (though so did my base games).

So still not approved a mere 3 years to the day that the KS finished!

Patience and understanding?  I think that ran out for myself and many other people a long time ago.

These big companies with their multi-million dollar kickstarters really give us amateur hobbyists operating on a shoestring a bad name  ;)

On the basis that the alternate marines may well new rules see the day, is it worth asking them for something they have in production as an alternative to the alternative marines....?

At least that way you all get something equivalent in monetary terms to what you paid for?

Well this Prodos KS is more successful than the Baker Company's Winter War KS as most of the Winter War backers haven't received anything from the KS :/ Estimated delivery for my 120 GBP pledge was November 2013. I tried to get refund but nothing from the Baker Company regarding the matter. So be happy and carry on, eh?

@Overlord: Paul, this KS was a shame! I still wait for the not approved-stuff, but I think Prodos does not really show interest in AlienVsPredators anymore. After some time they send out diffuse news with no content in it to keep the crowd quiet. Very, very sad. And when there is a new KS I became careful and check if it is a new Prodos under a new company's name.

@Akula: The customers knew the good company's like yours. My orders always arrived fast and I never had problems with you. Same with Lead Adventure miniatures, Northstar, Blind Beggar, Black Hussar and many more. So, don't be afraid of the KS of companies like Prodos.

Hello

I think if you received any of the goods you paid for from Prodos your the lucky ones. Coming up to the two year anniversary of them taking my money, the only thing I'd received was an email asking me to confirm the delivery address. THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS. After I got a different email address of a forum, I did get a promise of a partial delivery, but no delivery & they stopped answering emails again.

They should have done a cops & robbers kickstarter instead, it seems more appropriate.
If in doubt, fire everything!

Quite a similar experience here, no emails answered. Nothing about partial delivery or anything like that. Just silence, I'm afraid. The only thing I get from them is their newsletter; I haven't blocked them just in case any day they actually send me an useful mail.

I did consider that after the last reply but, as I'm nowhere near actually doing anything with what I do have, I will let the sorry saga drag on....

@Suber, harleyface, Colonel Blimp etc: This is what I did to get the "second wave" shipment 1 year after receiving the boxed set
