I still wait for the first wave like a lot here in germany. No more news in the block since 8. October. We all should wait until the end of December and then contact kickstarter to get our money back. When Rob Aldermans left Prodos it seems, that the last honest guy left. No Information, no delivery. 

KS can't/won't refund at this point, and trust me, they've been notified what a shit show this project has turned into.

Prodos made a shit show out of the KS, when they started to cheat the backers.

I've just seen the latest Prodos update which states that all the miniatures from the core game areally available for pre-order. That means it's only some of the the add ons left which should mean most of the pledges could probably be filled. I take it there's still no progress on the posting issue?
