I've never had a problem with them before and can only surmise that their current problems are exceptional. They're just a small hobby outfit with few resources so they are badly affected by things like illness.

Yes, but knowing they have problems, I don't see why they persist in taking new orders.  The whole 'we hope to sort out past orders within a fortnight' line has been going on for months...

BCB are now working through the back orders and getting them out. Illness is still an issue, however. Real life, I'm afraid.

Some sort of communication would go a long way towards mitigating the damage they are doing to their reputation in this period though.

They really appear to be doing everything wrong.

They continued to take orders that they couldn't fill, they didn't communicate their status and offer people the opportunity to place the order at a later date and they are still not updating their site or the people in their order queue as to the status of orders and the company.

In their favour they do have a uniquely eclectic range of frankly bizarre models that often look better in hand than they do in the photos on their site.  Additionally, I have found them decent people to deal with too, if a little slow on the turnaround at the best of times.

Im waiting for a very small order (two figures and a sprue of weapons) since August, but its not "urgent" as these things go.  I do want to eventually get the order though. I also hope that the damage that this delay has done to BCBs image doesnt cause them to go under.  Stockists with such unique and varied ranges are few and far between.

I am also waiting and hoping they will get back again. I still have lots of things I want to order. But untill something happens I guess it is better to wait.

I am willing to give them a second chance, if they eventually get the back orders sent out.

Their service used to be so great and all... This really is a shame and I completely understand that people get upset by no replies and such.
